Accessibility statement
Last updated : 28 September 2026
Commitment
Nexura is committed to making its website accessible, in the spirit of article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 and of the RGAA 4.1, the French accessibility reference framework, which transposes WCAG 2.1.
This statement applies to agence-nexura.fr, including the demonstrations published under /demos.
As a private company, Nexura falls outside the scope of article 47, so this statement is not a legal obligation. We publish it because we sell accessibility remediation: requiring of our clients what we do not apply to ourselves would be poor form.
Conformance status
The site is in partial conformance with RGAA 4.1.
« Partial » here reports no known defect, but an incomplete measurement: no full RGAA audit across the 106 criteria has been carried out. The automated and manual checks described below found no non-conformance, but they do not cover the whole framework. We would rather say so than claim a full conformance we have not demonstrated.
Test results
Audit carried out on 28 September 2026 by Nexura, on the production version.
Automated testing — axe-core 4.10.2, WCAG 2.1 level A and AA rules, across nine pages at 1440 × 900 px and 375 × 812 px: no violation detected at either size.
Manual checks carried out in addition, all passing:
- keyboard navigation across the whole journey, with a visible focus indicator;
- skip link to the main content, first in the tab order;
- alternative text on every image;
- heading hierarchy with no skipped level, one
h1per page; - form fields tied to their label, errors announced to screen readers, and focus moved to the first field needing correction;
- links opening a new tab announced to assistive technologies;
- contrast ratios computed for every text/background pair, all above 4.5:1;
- language correctly declared on each version;
- animation suppressed when the system signals a preference for reduced motion.
Pages audited: home (French and English), legal notice, privacy policy (French and English), and the three published demonstrations.
What we did not test
In fairness, here is what our testing does not cover:
- Testing with an actual screen reader (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) was not carried out. We verified the structure those tools rely on, which is not the same as listening to the result.
- The 106 RGAA criteria were not evaluated one by one. Automated testing covers only part of the framework.
- User testing with people with disabilities was not carried out.
Non-accessible content
No known non-conformance to date, within the scope described above.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 28 September 2026.
Technologies used: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (Next.js, React).
Tools used: axe-core 4.10.2, automated keyboard navigation through Playwright, contrast ratios computed with the WCAG relative luminance formula.
