Nexura — Timéo Bolomey, sole trader, publisher of this site. For any question about your personal data: timeo@agence-nexura.fr.

Only the contact form collects personal data, namely:

• your name (or your company's);
• your email address;
• the message you write.

No other data is collected without your knowledge: no profiling, no resale, no transfer to third parties for commercial purposes.

This data is used solely to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to timeo@agence-nexura.fr.

Your data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange — the period recommended by the CNIL for commercial prospecting data — and then deleted. If our exchange leads to a contract, the data needed to manage it is kept for the duration of the contract, then for the applicable statutory limitation and archiving periods.

Your messages are handled by Nexura. Two technical providers are involved:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting;
• Brevo — delivery of emails sent from the form.

Brevo is a French company whose servers are located in the European Union: the content of your messages does not leave European territory. As Vercel is established in the United States, transfers relating to website hosting are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to timeo@agence-nexura.fr: we respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers, and currently uses no analytics tool. No consent banner is therefore required.

Your data is not subject to any automated decision-making or profiling.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, with an HSTS header and a Content Security Policy. Form submissions are encrypted in transit, submitted data is validated server-side, and the number of submissions is rate-limited per IP address. Access to received messages is restricted to the two people who make up Nexura.
